Bundlepilotgrid is solely a local data tracking utility and analytical software. It is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform. The application does not hold, hold custody of, or process user funds or cryptocurrency assets, does not access private keys, does not execute transactions, and does not provide financial or investment advice. All information is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and our written briefings remain our intellectual property until a briefing is delivered, at which point you may use that delivered reading inside your own operation. You may not republish our field notes as your own research. You keep ownership of your ledgers.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape the site in a way that impairs it, misrepresent affiliation with Bundlepilotgrid, or use our pages to imply endorsement by third-party rights holders.

Liability

The site and briefings are provided as informational work. We are not liable for lost bookings, staffing decisions, or partner disputes that follow a reading. Our aggregate liability for a paid briefing is limited to the fee paid for that briefing, except where Georgian law does not allow such a limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia (GE). Courts of Georgia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.
