Refunds

These rules apply to paid seasonality briefings and related readings listed on this site. They do not apply to goods we do not sell. There is no checkout on the website; payment is arranged off-site after a quote.

Eligibility

A full refund is available if you cancel in writing before we have opened your extract and before the opening session. After the extract is opened, a partial refund may apply as set out below. No refund is due once the bound reading has been delivered, except where we failed to deliver the agreed pages.

Timeframe

Cancel at least five working days before a booked opening session for a full refund of the briefing fee. Later cancellations are treated as work already started if we have already begun overlays.

Full or partial refund

If we have only confirmed the quote and not opened files: 100%. If overlays have begun but no draft tabs were sent: 50%. After draft tabs: no refund of the professional fee, unless we miss the agreed delivery window by more than ten working days without a cause you contributed to (for example an incomplete extract).

Non-refundable items

Travel already purchased for an agreed Tbilisi or on-site table session, and printing already ordered at your request, are not refundable. The companion desktop utility, if obtained via Veve, is subject to Veve’s own terms; we do not refund third-party store purchases.

Process

Write to contact@bundlepilotgrid.digital with the confirmation note and the reason. We reply within five working days. Approved refunds are returned by the same method you used to pay, within fifteen working days of approval.

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, no-shows

A 30% deposit may be requested to hold an opening week. Deposits are refundable under the full-refund rule above. You may reschedule once without fee if you give five working days’ notice. A no-show at a booked table session without notice forfeits the deposit. If you arrive without the extract we asked for, the session is treated as started and the deposit is not returned.

Work already started and materials

Time spent reconstructing a messy ledger is billed as started work. We do not buy third-party datasets on your behalf, so there are no purchased research materials to return. If we told you in the first look that the book was too thin and you asked us to continue anyway, that thin reading is still delivered work and is not refundable on the ground that the pages were short.

Exceptions

Mandatory rights under Georgian law that cannot be waived remain available. This page does not cover lodging stays, tours, or merchandise, because we do not sell them.
