About

We read booking books, not tourism slogans.

Bundlepilotgrid grew out of arguments in Tbilisi incoming offices about why a “good summer” still left highland rooms empty in the same week the coast could not find a cleaner. The practice exists to sit with those arguments and the dated pages that settle them.

Hill town lane with stone walls, the kind of street guests remember longer than a occupancy percentage

Origin

The first paid reading was a family guesthouse on the approach to Stepantsminda whose April emptiness had been blamed on rain for three years. The book showed Armenian school holidays landing elsewhere. That mismatch is still the kind of sentence we look for: a story the weather cannot carry.

Correspondence sits at 1583Rr1 Alton Missouri(MO) 65606. Working conversations happen by phone or, when useful, at a table in Tbilisi. Georgia is the geography we know in the bones of the calendar: Military Highway weekends, Kakheti picking, Adjara heat, Gudauri’s short lead times.

How we work

We take copies of ledgers, not live access to your reservation screen. We overlay public holidays, known festivals, and harvest notes. We write in English, with month tabs a receptionist can use and caveats an owner should not skip. We do not rank hotels, sell advertising, or hold guest funds.

People

Readings are prepared by a small roster of researchers who have kept or audited hospitality books in Georgia and neighbouring corridors. We introduce the person on the opening call. There is no anonymous “team platform.”

What we will not claim

We will not tell you we transform a business. We will tell you which month in your book disagrees with the story you tell partners. If the book is too thin, we say so before you pay for a thick report.
